Ty Myers, the 17-year-old country music sensation from Dripping Springs, Texas, is set to release his latest single "Drunk Love" on January 10, 2025, as part of his highly anticipated debut album "The Select". The album, scheduled for release on January 24, 2025, through RECORDS Nashville/Columbia Records, marks a significant milestone in Myers' rapidly ascending career.
"Drunk Love" is described as an intoxicating tune with brutally honest lyrics and a sweeping soundscape. The song explores themes of romantic disillusionment, with Myers singing in the chorus, "I'm tired of drunk love / You can only feel the lust when your body's numb / Another one leads to keepin' the lights on / Close all decisions you regret when the sun comes up". This track joins previously released offerings like "Ends of the Earth," "Worry Is A Sickness," "Let 'Em Talk," and "Can't Hold Me Down" on the 16-track project.
