Kaylee Bell Unveils New Single "Cowboy Up"
Kaylee Bell, the award-winning New Zealand singer-songwriter, has released her new track "Cowboy Up" on November 14, 2024. The song follows Bell's most recent single releases "Beer in a Bar" and "Down in Boots" which dropped earlier this year.
"Cowboy Up" explores themes centered around a pivotal moment in a relationship, with lyrics 'Don’t tie me down / Don’t cut me loose / Just put my name / Right next to you / Cause I can see the diamond ring, the dress, the cake, the whole damn thing / But I cant wait forever for you' showcasing Bell's ability to weave a meaningful and very relatable story supported by her lively country sound.
This release follows Bell's recent success with her album "Nights Like This," which reached the top spot on the charts following it's release in March 2024. Her debut album, "Heartfirst" catapulted her to fame, with Bell winning the 2013 Toyota Star Maker award in Australia, the first New Zealand-born artist to do so since Keith Urban in 1990.
