Kane Brown, the multi-platinum country music star, has released a new single titled "Gorgeous" as part of the build-up to his highly anticipated new album, "The High Road," scheduled for release on January 24, 2025. This latest song is a heartfelt ballad in tribute to Brown's wife, Katelyn, focusing on the beauty of her character.
"The High Road" album is set to feature 18 tracks, including collaborations with artists such as Brad Paisley, Khalid, and Jelly Roll. Brown has expressed that this upcoming album is his favorite to date, allowing him to explore various aspects of his musical style and personal story.
Brown, born on October 21, 1993, first gained recognition through social media platforms where he posted cover songs. His journey in the music industry began with the independent release of his debut EP "Closer" in 2015, which was financed through crowdfunding. This early success led to his signing with RCA Nashville in 2016.
"Gorgeous" is not the only recent release from Brown leading up to "The High Road." He has also dropped other singles including "Body Talk" featuring his wife Katelyn Brown, "Miles On It" with Marshmello, and "Backseat Driver".
