Josh Ward Drops New Track "Better on a Barstool" as Part of Upcoming Album

Josh Ward released his new single "Better on a Barstool" on December 13, 2024, as part of his upcoming album "Same Ol' Cowboy, Different Rodeo" set to release on January 17, 2025, through Smith Entertainment.
The track has quickly gained traction, reaching #133 on the iTunes chart in Australia and appearing on the US iTunes Top Country Songs chart.
"Better on a Barstool" is featured as the 10th track on Ward's forthcoming album, and has been included in Holler Country's "Best New Country Songs" playlist for 2024. The new track follows previously released singles "Honky Tonk Time" and title track from the album "Same Ol' Cowboy, Different Rodeo."
The new album, recorded at Rosewood Studios and co-produced by Josh Ward and Drew Hall, features 12 tracks. The title track was written by Jake Worthington and Wyatt McCubbin, and holds special significance for Ward.
