Darius Rucker Releases "Lost and Found" with Carolina Grey Boys

Darius Rucker, the multi-platinum country music star has kicked off 2025 with the release of track, "Lost and Found," featuring the Carolina Grey Boys. The song, which dropped on January 3, 2025, is part of a tribute album titled "Let's Go Dancing: The Songs of Kevn Kinney".

"Lost and Found" showcases Rucker's signature baritone voice, with the song, composed by Kevn Gerard Kinney and produced by Lee Turner, blending Rucker's country style with the musical talents of the Carolina Grey Boys, creating a unique sound that pays homage to Kinney's work.

Rucker's journey to country music stardom began after his successful career with Hootie & the Blowfish, with whom he released five studio albums and charted six top 40 hits on the Billboard Hot 100. In 2008, Rucker made a pivotal transition to country music, releasing his debut country album "Learn to Live." This move proved highly successful, with the album's lead single, "Don't Think I Don't Think About It," reaching No. 1 on the country charts.

Since his country debut, Rucker has consistently delivered chart-topping hits and critically acclaimed albums. His discography includes "Charleston, SC 1966" (2010), "True Believers" (2013), "Southern Style" (2015), and "When Was the Last Time" (2017). In addition to "Lost and Found," Rucker has been busy with other projects. His seventh solo country album, "Carolyn's Boy," named after his mother, was released in late 2023. The album features 14 tracks, 10 of which were co-written by Rucker himself.
