Country Artist Braden Jamison Drops New Track "Suits Me Just Fine"

Braden Jamison, rising neo-traditional country music artist, has released his latest single "Suits Me Just Fine" on January 10, 2025. This new track showcases Jamison's commitment to authentic country sound and marks another milestone in his burgeoning career. The track was co-written by Jamison, Cam Newby, and Chris DuBois, and follows several other singles, including "Living with the Lonely," "Caught Me at a Good Time," and "Tulsa".

Jamison's previous EP, "Hardwood Heartache," released in 2021, showcased his ability to capture the essence of honky-tonk culture. The EP featured songs like "Playin' George," which Jamison considers one of his favorite compositions, and demonstrated his knack for blending traditional country sounds with relatable storytelling.

Hailing from a small town outside Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jamison's musical journey began at a remarkably young age. He started playing drums at just three years old and by the age of eleven, he had picked up the guitar and immediately began writing songs. His early exposure to music was further solidified when he unexpectedly found himself with a solo in his third-grade Christmas pageant, an experience that helped shape his path as a performer.

Jamison's passion for music intensified during his high school years. As a multi-sport athlete, he discovered that the adrenaline rush he felt on stage was comparable to the excitement of game days, particularly when playing football. This realization led him to focus more on his musical pursuits, even choosing to forgo basketball in his junior year to concentrate on his artistic development.

A pivotal moment in Jamison's early career came when he performed at the inauguration of Oklahoma's Governor Kevin Stitt and opened for country music star Toby Keith. These experiences cemented his decision to fully commit to a career in music. After graduating high school in 2020, Jamison made the bold move to Nashville to pursue his dreams as a songwriter and country music artist.

Since relocating to Nashville, Jamison has been steadily building his repertoire and fanbase. His music draws inspiration from country legends such as George Strait, Keith Whitley, and Merle Haggard, as well as contemporary artists like Randall King, Josh Ward, and Cody Johnson. This blend of influences has helped Jamison craft a sound that pays homage to traditional country while remaining relevant to modern audiences.

As Jamison continues to make his mark in the country music scene, he remains committed to creating music that resonates with his roots and his audience. His upcoming concert on February 7, 2025, at Maggie's Music Box in Jenks, Oklahoma, provides fans an opportunity to experience his music live.
