Cole Swindell, the multi-Platinum-selling country music superstar and multi-ACM Award winner, has released his latest single "Kill A Prayer" on Friday, January 31, 2025. This new track showcases Swindell's talent for vivid storytelling and creative lyrics, a skill he has honed throughout his career. The song, written by Cole Taylor, Josh Thompson, and Jesse Frasure, features compelling lyrics such as "You can't outrun a Mama's 'amen' even when you're out here running with the devil, I swear .... I'm livin' proof that you can't kill a prayer".
Swindell, born Colden Rainey Swindell on June 30, 1983, in Glennville, Georgia, has become a prominent figure in the country music scene since his debut in 2013. Before his rise to stardom, Swindell attended Georgia Southern University, where he met fellow country star Luke Bryan. After moving to Nashville in 2007, Swindell initially sold merchandise for Bryan and wrote songs on the road.
