Clare Dunn, the country-rock singer and guitarist from southeast Colorado, has released her new track "Cowboy State of Mind" on January 24, 2025. In 2024, she released an EP titled "Wasn't Looking," which features five tracks including "Colorado," title track "Wasn't Looking," "Ready for a Fight," "Out of the Blue," and "Legends". This EP, along with singles like "Her Strut" and "The Beat Goes On," demonstrates Dunn's continued growth as an artist.
Dunn's musical journey began during her long drives to school, where she would listen to country music. After graduating from high school, she pursued her passion for music at Belmont University in Nashville. Throughout her impressive career, Dunn has opened for many notable country acts, including Florida Georgia Line, Luke Bryan, Bob Seger, Chris Young, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, and Hank Williams Jr.
Her talent extends beyond performing; Dunn is also accomplished in songwriting and has collaborated with respected Nashville and Los Angeles songwriters such as Hillary Lindsey, David Hodges, and Troy Verges. She co-wrote her debut single "Get Out" with Ben West, played guitars on the track, and has even provided background vocals for other artists, including Luke Bryan's hit "Country Girl (Shake It for Me)".
