Adam Doleac Releases Heartfelt New Track "Bye Heart"

Adam Doleac, the country music singer-songwriter from Hattiesburg, Mississippi, released his latest single "Bye Heart" on January 17, 2025. This romantic ballad, co-written by Doleac, Jacob Davis, and Lalo Guzman, is inspired by the moment Doleac first met his wife, MacKinnon, "I said hello to my wife, and in doing so, I said goodbye to my heart.....I'm happy to say, she's still taking good care of it now."

Doleac's musical journey began during his college years at the University of Southern Mississippi, where he played baseball and learned to play guitar from his teammates. He wrote his first song, "Travel On," on December 29, 2010, while on vacation in the Dominican Republic. This initial foray into songwriting sparked a passion that would eventually lead him to Nashville in October 2012 to pursue a career in music.

Since then, Doleac has established himself as a notable figure in the country music scene. He released his debut studio album, "Barstool Whiskey Wonderland," on September 30, 2022. Prior to "Bye Heart," Doleac released a number of new singles, including "About Gone" in late 2024, which he shared with fans on social media stating that "gone" can mean different things to different people and "I don’t know your story, but I do know this song (turned up real loud) will ride shotgun with you through it."

Doleac's musical style blends elements of country, rock, and pop, influenced by artists ranging from John Mayer to the Eagles and Chris Stapleton. His distinctive warm, soulful vocals have been described as "like a big hug" by critics.
